Our company has 120 employees and occupies a standard workshops of 3000 square meters. We mainly produce customized parts for overseas industrial corporation. Our products are widely used in electronics industry, electric industry, IT industry, home appliances, automobile components, medical instrument, construction hardware, sporting instrument and furniture accessory. We own full set of processing equipments, which include 25 stamping machines of 6.3T-250T, 8 manual lathes, 6 CNC lathes, 3 CNC milling machines, 6 milling machines, 10 tapping machines, 2 wire cutting machines, 2 grinding machines, 1 oil hydraulic press, 1 plate sawing machine and 3 welding machines. Besides, we equip integrated advanced inspection instruments such as imported optical projector, 2D measuring projector, micrometer, plug guage and vernier calliper. These whole equipments enable us to complete in-house full process of stamping, turning, milling, drilling and tapping. If client requires, we also provide additional related service such as polishing, plating, anodizing, blackening, powder coating, assembly and so on.
